Our services
Docvera provides documentation assistance and related professional services. Submitting a request does not create an obligation on Docvera to fulfil it, and does not guarantee that a particular document can be provided.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the business named, and that you will not use our services to obtain, alter, or present documentation for any unlawful or misleading purpose.
Processing and payment
Payment instructions are sent to the email address provided with a request. Processing begins after the required information has been received and payment has been validated. Standard requests are targeted for delivery within 1–3 business days, subject to verification, availability, and complexity.
Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to withdraw a request. Requests that have already entered processing may not be able to be cancelled.
Limitations
Docvera provides documentation assistance and related professional services. Docvera does not create, alter, falsify, or misrepresent official records or documents. Availability and eligibility for specific documents may depend on applicable laws, business circumstances, and third-party requirements.
